1. Product Types
We offer two types of products with different refund policies:
- E-books (Digital Products): Delivered instantly via download links.
- Paperback Copies (Physical Products): Shipped to your delivery address within 2-3 business days.
2. Refund Policy for E-books
All sales of e-books are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations after a successful purchase. Once you have completed the payment and received access to the e-book, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Technical issues (we will provide support to resolve access issues, but refunds are not available)
This policy is in place to protect our digital content and ensure fairness for all customers.
3. Refund Policy for Paperback Copies
For paperback copies, refunds are only applicable in the following case:
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Damaged Product Received: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Refunds are not available for paperback copies in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal preference
- Damaged products (unless damage occurred during shipping and is reported immediately upon delivery)
- Any other reason not specified above
4. How to Request a Refund (Paperback - Wrong Product Only)
If you received a wrong product, please contact us immediately:

- Product ordered vs. product received
- Photos of the received product (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days.
5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved (for wrong product received), it will take 5 to 7 business days to be credited to your original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
